ParallelsがようやくvTPMに対応したからでしょ
M1/M2 Macはデフォルト8GBじゃメモリが致命的に足りないから
増設できないしBoot Campより使い勝手は悪いだろうね

Settings > System > Notifications & Actions > and then turned on the three options in the middle of the five listed: Show app notifications; Show notifications on the lock screen; Show alarms reminders... on the lock screen. I don't know if only one of them did the trick, but my alarm sounds now work!
