Windows3.1自体はJIS2004フォントも問題なく使える。 (ちなみにWindows3.1では日本語プロポーショナルなTTFも問題なく使用できる。) (またNLSファイルはNT:c_932.nls、9x:cp_932.nls、Win32s:p_932.nls になっている。

難しい。p_932.nlsの改造はいける。
