我等の不戦宣言は、外国がわが国の平和や領土を乱さないことが根源とされるものであり、諸外国がもし此大前提を瓦解すれば、戦争を否定するとは一言も書かれていないのだ。
前文を受けて九条が成り立つのであって、自衛のための戦争を九条を以って否定出来るものではないのだ。
