そんな中、2022年卒生はどんな会社に注目しているのか？ 4月4日の配信記事「2.5万人の就活生が選ぶ『就職人気ランキング』」で、2022年卒生の就職人気企業を紹介した。同時に男女別、文理別といった属性別のランキングも作成している。今回は男子就活生1万人に絞った「就職人気ランキング・男子学生版」の上位100社を見ていきたい。
文化放送キャリアパートナーズ就職情報研究所では毎年、興味を持っている企業を就活生に尋ねる「就職ブランドランキング調査」を実施し、定期的に発表している。
調査対象者は、就職サイト「ブンナビ！」に登録する現在就活中（2022年春卒業予定）の大学生や大学院生。2020年10月1日から2021年3月15日までの調査期間の間に、全体で2万5000人以上が回答している。
ランキングで「前半」と表記しているのは、調査を就活時期の前半と後半にわけて実施しているためで、あこがれやイメージが強い就活の「前半」と、実際の説明会や面接を経た「後半」との傾向の違いを分析している。

I was born in The Hague, Holland 1967 but my family moved to Sweden when I was two.So far I can remember I have always loved drawing and painting.
When I grew up we had a big cupboard filled with colors, papers, clay and fun stuff and I think that had a big impact on me.
Both my parents are both creative even tough they never worked professionally with it.
My first job in the creative field was at a small advertising agency when I was around 20.
I worked there for a couple of years and learned a lot.
In between I took a half year break and went to Berlin and studied German and took several art classes.
After that I quit the job at the agency and went to art school for two years and discovered that I was more interested in illustration than art direction so after graduation I started my freelance career as an illustrator. That was in the early 90´s.
– Where or how do you get inspirations, or what inspires you for new designs??
I LOVE visiting second hand stores and flea markets, preferable at the countryside.
Walking around in a big barn filled with weird stuff is inspiring indeed.
Old children’s books, especially those from the 50s and 60s, are very inspiring.
The layout, colors and illustrations can be SO awesome and edgy.
And they’re often illustrated in just two colors, which I love.
Or traveling to other cities and just stroll about, sit in cafes and visit antiquarian bookstores is lovely aswell.

I love to work in a style that is for children but stylish enough to be bought by people without kids.

私の現在の研究テーマは介護ですが、日本の介護保険制度は、実はいま世界中が注目する研究対象です。ドイツがモデルだと言われていますが、日本はドイツとも違う、世界のどこにも類例のない制度を作り、2000年からスタートして8年たちました。この8年間の経験には、世界に他に比較するもののないユニークな情報の蓄積があります。一昔前なら、たとえばイギリスの社会保障政策とか、アメリカの介護労働者問題などを研究するだけで学問として成立したかもしれませんが、今日では、日本ローカルな独自の状況を世界に発信することにこそ、グローバルな意味があります。

The mezzo-soprano, who was born in Berlin, died at her home near the Austrian capital, Vienna, on Saturday, her family confirmed.
Ludwig made her debut in Frankfurt aged 18 just after the end of World War Two. She retired in 1994.
The singer was widely praised for the rich quality, range and amplitude of her voice.

Ludwig grew up in Aachen, western Germany, with parents who were both musical. Her father was a tenor and also conducted at the local opera house. Her mother was a mezzo-soprano.

The mezzo-soprano, who was born in Berlin, died at her home near the Austrian capital, Vienna, on Saturday, her family confirmed.
Ludwig made her debut in Frankfurt aged 18 just after the end of World War Two. She retired in 1994.
The singer was widely praised for the rich quality, range and amplitude of her voice.

Ludwig grew up in Aachen, western Germany, with parents who were both musical. Her father was a tenor and also conducted at the local opera house. Her mother was a mezzo-soprano.
"Singing for me was as natural as learning to walk," Ludwig once said.

Ludwig joined the Vienna State Opera in 1955 and performed at the famous Salzburg Festival under Austrian conductor Karl Boehm.
Her most memorable roles included Dorabella in Mozart's Cosi fan tutte, Kundry in Wagner's Parsifal, Leonora in Beethoven's Fidelio and both Octavian and Marschallin in Richard Strauss's Der Rosenkavalier.
During her long career she also sang at London's Royal Opera House, New York's Metropolitan Opera, Milan's La Scala and other top international venues.
