ＴＰＰは、参加国の顔ぶれを見ると分かるように、米国外資への
依存度が高い国々が関税撤廃で米国外資のためのブロック経済を
構築しようとしており、自由経済とは異質の排他的な金融と流通
の利益を優先し、諸国民の利益を喪失させる関税自主権を奪って
いる取組に過ぎない。
