そう思うかも知れませんが、消化器を通る時、肝臓などに感染する恐れがあります
（便を食べなくとも何らかの原因で大腸菌が逆行し肝臓に膿がたまることもあります）。
なので、結論を言うと、「うんこ」は食べてはいけません。
