2142, the blue screen appears on the computer indicating a system error.
May I verify if you are playing other games, does the same issue occur?
Would you mind to also provide me a copy of the CSI file to us so that
we can have a better understanding on what are the hardware devices
installed on your PC/Laptop?
1. Click on Start -> Programs -> Creative.
2. You should be able to see a listing called Creative System
Information, click on this - an application opens up and then click on
the Save button to save a copy to your desktop and attach a copy here.
3. Save in the format of .txt if possibl

アプリケーションを開いてsaveボタンをクリックしてsaveして、
デスクトップにコピーしてここに添付しろ
ってあるけど、画像のアプリケーションには保存とかセーブとかまったくないんだけど
