High expectations since its Disney. 250,000yen for a night at the suite. Windows are small so view was just average.
Room design is VERY outdated. Large family sized suite, large bathroom but just 2 single beds?! Fail if it's meant for couple and worse it's for family.
Wife had to cramp in one of the single bed with my 8yo daughter and I got an extra bed for my 10yo son. They had the cheek to charge an extra 6200yen!
Restaurants are always full and overbooked. We came in hungry around 2pm but we just can't find any food. Didn't wanna risk a slow room service, we had no choice but to take a train outside for food.
For the high price of the suite, we had no priority for any events in Disney sea or land. Only in room breakfast is included.
A lot of renovations ongoing in Disneysea but no prior info.
Basically, this trip to Disneyland and Sea in japan has left us with a really bitter taste in the mouth.
