どういう意味で言っているのか知らないが，2号機は1号機といろんな意味で違う．
実は1号機の3段目と PBS はスペースデブリとなって，しかも軌道高度が高く
空気抵抗が少ないので数世紀はそのまま．
2号機では，衛星投入後に最上段は大気に再突入しやすい軌道に変更とか
たしかに同じ轍は踏まないな．
