I wanted to say thanks again for providing all this information. This thread has been an invaluable window into how the game is behaving in the real world We've found a couple things to explore on our end, but I can't really give an update until we try some things internally and see what is working best. They all have different implications - so we're trying to balance giving you the best experience with trying to get something out to you as soon as possible. (For example, the fastest fix may not be the best fix or the best fix may take a full title update, etc.) With that in mind, I'm going to go ahead a lock this thread for now. I have all the data I need for the moment, so we're just going put our heads down and see what we can make happen. When I have an update, or I need more questions answered to help us go down the right path, I'll open this thread back up.
