English has thousands of offensive words, and of course some are more creative, satisfying and insulting than others. If you think English lacks them, it's a result of your own limited vocabulary. Plenty of foreigners think Japanese 'lacks offending words' and that the only insult is 'baka', because they also have a limited vocabularly and understanding of Japanese.

White people think of white skin as the default color, a lack of pigment. The more pigment there is, the darker the skin. Like 'coloring in' a piece of paper. Think of it like a tan, your skin can return to a lighter color, but not to a darker color. Most people agree it doesn't make much sense in reality, especially as white people have more variety of hair, skin and eye color than black people.
