Seacoast in my town is filled with plastic garbages.
Taxpayers money is spent to clear such garbages.
This is ridiculous because we are not the one that throw it.
We have to track down the source and make them pay.

I live in a prefecture that faces Sea of Japan.
Local government budgets in rural areas are pressured by such garbages.
On the global stage it is concerned regarding food chain, but it impacts us already.
