Your phrase "I don't think best" omits the ojbective of the verb "think".
I am not sure the omission is allowed, or maybe it's allowed but confusing.
To say the least, since "best" is the superlative, you need "the" before "best".
Instead, I would say something like:
1: I wouldn't say it is the best
2: I admit that there might be room for improvement
3: I am open to make changes to it.
英語で質問されると英語で返さないといけないような気分にさせられますね

一段落目：
the development of the human worldはちょっと変かな
civilizationとかでいいんじゃない
datedも単語のチョイスが、、、primitiveとかかな（これも違うか）
文章の主題がwheter make them better?なのでbetter, efficient wayとは言わないほうが良いと思います
（これだとこの文章が結論になっちゃうので）
blessing -> blessed by
fulfillmentは意味がわかりません
"derail the way"も意味がわかりませんでした
二段落目：
benefitted -> benefitting
internet -> Internet
worldwebという単語は馴染みがないです
former document styleと言うのがよくわからないです
traditioinal methods of communications とかでしょうか
eliminate our process of going to civil officeは
save our time for going to post officesとか
続きは時間のある時にまたやります
