形式主語の場合は for ...to の部分がが主語になるよね。
例えば It's impossible for us to do such dangerous tasks.
でも その文のは reasons が主語。
to promote の不定詞はreasons 掛かるから文法的には「不定詞の形容詞的用法」で
それに意味上の主語として for us がくっついた形。
there 構文は there (誘導副詞）are (動詞）...reasons （主語）

It all depends. First of all, I don't know which vowel you are referering to.
That is because I think each of those words consists of two vowels, although they have schwa sounds in common.

This is only my personal opinion about Time , so plaese take it for what it is.
I used to subscribe to the magazine to improve my English reading skills.
From my experience, at least, I can say one thing, for sure.
That is to say, because of its small printed charater size, it is not suitable for the middle-aged like me.
It made my eyes tired.
In the beginning,I tried to read it as much as possible, but soon my motivation faded away.
