それは，独立して間もない国や発展途上国が政策金利を2%から3%にして経済変数を4950%や161700%に増加させます．
他方，先進国は，政策金利を1%にして，経済変数の使用を100%にします．
I think about a temporary report problem.
It is the following contents to understand from a temporary problem.
It becomes independent, and few country and developing countries do policy rate in 3% from 2%, and the room increases an economic variable to 4950% and 161700%, too.
On the other hand, the developed country makes the use of the economic variable 100% with policy rate as 1%.
