Lost+Found with a subsection called Translations later (when a mod will allow you).

Japanese mod version of StealthNet works as followings:
1.Analyse the nodes country by using GeoIP when StealthNet starts.
2.Route nodes that matches the country as first priority.
3.Route other nodes which is not in the same country as second priority.
So maybe, at some point, it makes an closed network, but not totally.
By doing this, you can share files which specific to the country faster.

I don't agree with this functioning...
Besides, StealthNet must not analyse IPs for a matter of principle...
However, SN is an open source software, so you can modify it like you want, but will you release also the source code?
