地デジTSファイル(実写/60秒)をx264(MP4)でエンコードしてみた。
環境：i7 920/MEM4GB/GTX460(CUDA有効)XpSP3(32ビット)
フィルタは、「インターレース解除(適応補間)」のみ有効
映像設定で、以下のみ設定(あとはデフォルト)
「レート調整モード」→VBR（平均4000kbit/s、最大8000kbit/s）
「パフォーマンス」→遅い
結果：
エンコード時間→339秒

出力フォーマットMP4の「出力設定」画面で、画面右の「MPEG出力へ移行」
を選択すれば、細かい詳細オプション入力できるみたいだけど。
