改変なしのバイナリのみの再配布にはいちおうそれっぽい条項がある

あくまでFSFの主張としてではあるが
3.a)には
"with the complete corresponding machine-readable source code"
とあり（3.b)も同様）その下には
"complete source code means all the source code for all modules it contains"
とあるのでdiffだけというのは不可
