（ブルームバーグ）： 米最高裁は11日、テキサス州とトランプ大統領が大統領選での重要
州４州の結果を無効にしようと求めていた訴えを退けた。バイデン前副大統領の勝利を覆
そうとしていたトランプ氏だが、司法が認める展開は絶望的になった可能性がある。
最高裁判事らは、ペンシルベニア、ジョージア、ミシガン、ウィスコンシン４州でのバイ
デン氏勝利に異議を申し立てるためテキサス州が訴訟を起こすことを拒否した。これによ
り、14日に４州で選挙人がバイデン氏に投票するのに支障がなくなる。同日は全米各州で
選挙人投票が実施される。 「テキサス州は他の州が選挙を実施する方法について、裁
判で認められる法的利益を示していない」と最高裁は短い命令で断じた。

“The president’s reaction is to look at other options,” Giuliani replied.

Erickson is a far-right social conservative and evangelical Christian fundamentalist

unmercifully, denouncing it as “one of the stupidest bits of performative leg
humping we have seen in the last five years.”
“These attorneys general are willing to beclown themselves and their states all
to get in good with the losing presidential candidate,” Erickson argues.
“The suit is absurd on its face. These states seek to interfere in the internal
affairs of other states when those states are not actually electing the president,
